Assistant Controller
Assists CFO with daily operations and accounting functions, information gathering for asset liability modeling, participates in preparation of financial statements, board reports, branch profitability reports, cash flow and liquidity reporting, regulatory filings, as well as bank operation, technology and security functions. Bachelor's degree in accounting with bank accounting experience required.
Business Development Officer
This full time position is responsible for attracting new business, analyzing the customer's financial needs and filling those needs with the bank's products and services; negotiating and structuring a relationship to meet the customer's needs. BS in business, marketing or finance desired. Strong sales skills, understanding of cash flow lending, and real estate lending required.
